Strong Hands are hard to hide

They find their way to many lives

Holding; steady, wise, and true

Calming, teaching, knowing you

I know these hands, they touched us all,

They held ours firm, were never daunted

They held ours firm, in jubilation

In these hands a wise-sage-seen

In his hands comrade, cohort, guide

I see, his hands, today, the same

Proud I know him, call him by name . . .
